How long does shipping take?
Your garment is printed to order, then shipped. Most orders arrive within 5–8 days after your design is approved for print; you'll get tracking by email when it ships.
Do I own the design I create?
You receive a license to wear and use your final printed design for personal and commercial wear. Because designs are generated by AI, we can't guarantee they're unique or registrable as a trademark. See our Terms for the details.
Is my design checked before it's printed?
Yes. A person reviews every order before it goes to production. Anything that breaks our content policy — trademarks, logos, likenesses, hateful or unlawful content — is refunded, not printed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel any time before your design is approved for print. After that, items are made to order and can't be changed, but we always fix defects and misprints.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Reply to any order email within 30 days with a photo. We'll reprint and reship or refund your original payment method — your choice.
How do you handle payment?
Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify. Darzi never stores your card details.
