Terms of Service
1. The service
Darzi lets you describe an idea, generate original apparel graphics with AI assistance, edit them, and order printed garments. Payment and checkout are processed by Shopify; Darzi never stores card details.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Darzi.
3. AI output and intellectual property
Designs are generated by AI models guided by your prompts. You receive a license to use your final printed design for personal and commercial wear. AI output may be similar to other outputs; we cannot guarantee uniqueness or registrability as a trademark. You are responsible for the text and ideas you submit.
4. Content policy
No trademarks, brand logos, celebrity likenesses, hate symbols, or unlawful content. Every order is human-reviewed before printing; violating designs are refunded, not printed.
5. Orders, cancellation, refunds
You may cancel an order any time before design approval. If we request a revision and hear nothing for 14 days, we refund in full. Production issues are reprinted or refunded at our discretion.
