Returns & Refunds

Made to order

Every Darzi garment is printed for you after you order — nothing is pre-stocked. Because each item is unique to your design, we can't restock or resell returns, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns once a design has been approved and sent to print.

Human review before we print

A person reviews every order before it goes to production. If a design breaks our content policy — or something looks off — we hold it, reach out, and refund in full rather than print it. You can cancel any order yourself any time before it is approved for print.

Defects and misprints

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a misprint, or the wrong size or color versus what you ordered, we make it right. We'll reprint and reship, or issue a refund — your choice. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Shopify; we never store your card details.

How to report a problem

Reply to any order email within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. That's all we need to start a reprint or refund. Refunds typically appear on your statement a few business days after we process them.

Sizing

Please check the size guide before ordering — a size that fits differently than you hoped isn't a defect. If you're unsure, ask us before you approve your design.
